DLC seeks to address the need for mixed use development
With a vision to create a financial and residential district with a recreational enclave for the surrounding area to address the market need for the development in Senegal. The project is more than a business valley in the traditional sense. The project seeks to become a hub of work, accommodation, dinning, shopping, fitness, spa and recreational activities. Thus, extreme dedication was used by SEMER in locating this site, which is easily accessible to most of Diamniadio city.
